Do you deliver scooters to Canggu?

Yes, we deliver to Canggu, Berawa and Pererenan. Monthly rentals get free delivery anywhere in Bali, plus free airport pickup. For shorter rentals we quote the delivery fee on WhatsApp first, so there are no surprises. Because Canggu is further from our shop, renting by the week or month usually makes the most sense.

What do I need to rent?

Only your passport. We take a photo and hand it straight back, and we never hold it. There is no deposit and no payment to book. We film the bike’s condition with you at handover. We recommend riding with an International Driving Permit (motorcycle category), since Indonesian law requires a valid licence and police checks happen on the main roads around Canggu.

What is riding in Canggu like?

Canggu is busy. Many of the roads are narrow, traffic builds up at peak times, and there are a lot of new riders. It is very rideable, but it rewards patience.

• The main roads through Canggu and Berawa get congested in the morning and late afternoon. Plan around those times if you can.
• Small lanes and shortcuts between the rice fields can save time, but they are narrow, often bumpy and sometimes shared with cars coming the other way. Ride them slowly.
• Watch for potholes, sand on the road near the beaches and riders carrying surfboards.
• Bali drives on the left. Expect sudden stops, U-turns and scooters passing on both sides.

Which scooter suits Canggu?

A light, narrow automatic scooter is the best fit for Canggu. It filters through traffic more easily, fits the small lanes and is simple to park outside cafes and beaches. If you surf, ask for a surf rack. It is available on request at extra cost. See what we have on the bikes page.

Where do I park in Canggu?

Beaches, cafes and gyms usually have scooter parking with an attendant who asks for a small fee. Lock the steering, take your helmet or lock it to the bike, and don’t leave valuables in the seat storage at the beach.

Can I ride from Canggu to Ubud?

Yes. It is a common day trip, and the ride takes you inland through towns and rice fields. Leave early, take a bigger scooter if you are riding two-up, and avoid riding back in heavy evening traffic or rain if you can.

What is included?

Each rental comes with a helmet and a phone holder. Rain ponchos are not included. A top box or surf rack is available on request at extra cost. If the bike breaks down, message us on WhatsApp with your location, day or night. Help is available 24 hours.
