Do you deliver scooters to Sanur?

Yes, we deliver scooters to Sanur. Delivery is free for monthly rentals, and so is airport pickup. For shorter rentals we quote the delivery fee on WhatsApp before you book, so you know the full price up front. We deliver every day from 08:00 to 22:00.

What do I need to rent?

Just your passport. We photograph it and give it straight back. There is no deposit and no down payment. We film the bike’s condition with you at handover, so both sides have a clear record. We recommend carrying an International Driving Permit with the motorcycle category, because Indonesian law requires a valid licence and police do check.

Is Sanur a good place to ride a scooter?

Sanur is one of the easier parts of south Bali to ride in. The streets are flatter and calmer than in Canggu or Seminyak, and the pace of the town is slower. It suits riders who are new to scooters, families and long stays.

  • The beachfront path is for walking and cycling. Don’t ride your scooter on it.
  • The bypass road along the west side of Sanur is busy and fast. Take extra care when turning or crossing it.
  • Jalan Danau Tamblingan, the main street, has slow traffic and frequent stops. Watch for cars pulling out.
  • Bali drives on the left, and many riders make sudden U-turns. Leave space.

Which scooter suits Sanur?

A light automatic scooter is ideal for Sanur. Distances are short, the roads are flat and parking is easy. If you plan to ride up to Ubud or out to the east coast often, a bigger automatic scooter is more comfortable. See what is available on our bikes page.

Where can I ride from Sanur?

Sanur sits between the south and the east of Bali, which makes it a good starting point for day trips. Ubud is reachable in a morning ride, and the coast road heads east toward Klungkung and beyond. Serangan Island and the mangroves are close by. Leave early for longer rides to avoid the heat and the afternoon traffic.

Where do I park in Sanur?

Most restaurants, beach clubs and shops have scooter parking out front, often with an attendant who asks for a small fee. Lock the steering and take your helmet or lock it to the bike.

What is included?

A helmet and a phone holder come with every rental. Rain ponchos are not included. A top box or surf rack is available on request at extra cost. If the bike has a problem, message us on WhatsApp with your location, day or night.

Can I rent a car in Sanur instead?

Yes. We rent automatic cars from IDR 350,000 a day, and deliver them on the same terms. Our 7-seaters are handy for families staying in Sanur. See the cars page.

How do I book?

Message us on WhatsApp with your dates and your hotel in Sanur. We confirm the bike and the delivery fee, if any, and you pay when you get it. Browse the bikes or read the FAQ for all the terms.
